As a young 14 year old, I grew up eating from the book of Acts…I would look up to the clouds and go – Lord can I live this book? Can my life and testimony continue this book? I noticed that the book did not have a proper ending and I realised that the book of Acts is still being written. I grew up reading about different revivals and the nature of revival and how it took place, the hunger – I used to literally try seeing with my Spiritual eyes what the meetings of Charles Finny and Smith Wigglesworth looked like. People weeping, on their knees, crying out for more of God! Cities transformed overnight due to revival and news such as revival of 6 weeks back to back! Can somebody sleep in such glory? I wonder!

I would keep asking the Lord why is my lifestyle or the condition I live in, not the same – why can’t we have the book of ACTS AGAIN LORD? Are you partial to the apostles back in the days? I used to stay up nights pondering about this as a small boy.

In Jun 2000, while in prayer, the Lord spoke to me and told me – “It is in my heart to have an outpouring of my Spirit in the nation of Australia”. Being born and raised up in the middle east – I did not have too much knowledge about this nation but I was excited – I did not care as long as we had something from somewhere. I still remember the day He told me about this, a young 15 year old Alwyn with tears and excitement said – Yes Lord, I believe it Lord – I did not even have a clue of what I was saying or thinking but I knew it was God!

I believe that Australia will be the starting point of the last outpouring of God. The revival will begin in Australia and will hit the islands in the Asia Pacific zone from there move on to central Asia and HIT Middle East! Almost every nation has experienced revival to some extent, where the local church has influenced the national leaders and population to some degree – except for the Middle East.

Jesus has not forgotten the Middle East, I am definite He desires to establish a throne room in the land.

I see training and discipleship bases set up all across Australia right from Queensland to Perth, hitting in waves on the Spiritual shores of Melbourne and the rest of the nation. Churches would go on corporate mission trips to equip other nations and there will arrive a time like never before in terms of ministry bases, platforms and resources from the nation.

In the book of John, we see Jesus going to Cana (John 2) where He turns water into wine, what an awesome miracle! Another time, we see Jesus multiplying loaves and fishes. Jesus was there to provide specific needs at that specific point but I wish to also state another point along this same scripture. On and on I kept stressing to leaders across the globe that a Stadium Anointing would be placed within the nation of Australia. Jesus “drew a crowd” – there was an anointed associated with drawing mass numbers, mass changes. The same with Phillip – he turned a whole city upside down – how quick is revival when we have a Stadium Anointing? I constantly stressed that the major stadiums of Australia like Suncorp in Brisbane, lympic in Sydney would be used for Salvation meetings. Campaigns and services focused on the heavy presence of God that would lead to healings and salvation! I constantly felt the reason I would raise this up was because I felt it was the need of the hour but little did I know what I am about to share.

The two quoted miracles are very symbolic to the nature of God. The bible says in Isaiah that the Lord will NOT share His glory. The city of Cana, worshipped a god who was known for turning water into wine. The mountain on which the multiplication of food occurred was a mountain known for a god who used to multiply food. What was Jesus doing? He was breaking the neck of the enemy, He was turning down darkness into light, He was directly working against principalities and powers of darkness. He was stating, “You think your so called god is cool? – CHECK THIS OUT!”.

Now what has all this got to do with Australia? Have I wavered from what my initial focus was? Absolutely NOT!

While having dinner with a dear Pastor in Brisbane, I turned to her out of frustration almost and said, “Who is the God of this Land? Come on, what is holding the masses back? We need more!”. I was just making a declaration for which I did not expect an answer. The dear pastor replied kindly to my words stating – SPORTS. She said, Sports is the God of Australia! I was shocked! I said, are you serious????? And my mind went on its own journey – I began to think of all those stadiums, all the people who are almost bounded by sports. I even wonder if people are into it cause of the good aspects of it or is it really a bondage? Do not get me wrong – I absolutely love sports especially football (soccer) and basketball! But think about it for a moment? Ever wondered? All the sports training programs especially for the kids, is on Sunday mornings – the same time we got church. I ask, why can’t it be Saturday morning or any other day? There is almost a Spirit of competition released in the land against the local church. I believe in the power of the local church – I feel, the local church must be the most influential move within a city and nation. This is why I know that I know that I know – The Lord wants to prove us wrong – He has asked of the stadiums, of the masses for an inheritance.

I have been moving across specific points of Australia, speaking to the leaders across this nation and they all agree with what I have stated. With the approval of so many pastors I have felt the need to release this word for the many who would be reading this word.

Folks, this is a word that carries a burden and I could type all day and night as to what I believe and see of the things to come…but I would need to end with one word. Revival begins with you and me, it begins here, it begins now. Let us push for it, see it in our daily life and impact our homes, families, friends, school and office. We can take this nation for Jesus, we can and we will. I believe it…for the last 8 years I have lived and dreamed to see this happen and I know it is here.
