An Update from Alwyn Matt

Dear Folks!

Yes I apologise for the delay! Many have been visiting this website for updates, especially with the current trips in Australia and the constant emphasis by the churches on this website; the visits have increased. But to much disappointment most of you saw the same information as previous visits. I apologise but this in many ways was due to a good problem that occurred. Doors have opened all over the land.

In November I had the opportunity to go to few churches across inland Queensland. Due to His grace much harvest was reaped during those visits and the town of Crowsnest has invited me back for a 3 day city wide crusade!

Since the completion of the 40 day fast, we have seen such great harvest.

New, fresh wells have been reopened which revivalists in the past laboured for. There has been such a great spirit across the leadership. With much travel I am convinced the leaders of churches are done with management, leadership and business attitude but want to press in for the RAW, REAL DEAL GOSPEL OF JESUS! As long as I am alive, I live to see the REAL DEAL GOSPEL that Jesus came to establish.

Last week I was in Brisbane, we have 1 lady who was FULLY paralysed completely healed and running on stage. So many more miracles and much more salvations that is hard to count.

I must inform you before I forget that a free teaching of mine is available on Worship, which was preached at my home church. This teaching is available in download format which you can upload on your ipods or other soaking gadgets.

Please be aware that we are also looking at putting up a Resource page on the site as many of you have asked for this. In the long term, we wish to also make the teachings downloadable for easy, quick and immediate access.

As I type this I am in Crowsnest with a day to go for the crusade! I went insane, reading about the crusade in the local newspaper. Many more cities to go, churches to touch, souls to set free, bodies to be healed and nations to inherit!

Steve Harris has led worship ad international events such as Rodney Howard Brown crusades and been invited to minister at Benny Hinn meetings in Australia…

Apart from such great exposure the presence upon his life was immense.. I cried for almost 15 minutes as he shared the story of how he cut off his one thumb due to an accident and was never able to play the piano. This living legends ministry and life was shattered.  Making the long story short, the Lord remarkably restored his thumb – literally – the bone grew back in itself within the thumb and he was restored, renewed to a release of prophetic worship!

Yes, I feel that presence too – a lot more to share on this man!

I was invited to speak at a Methodist Church..Amazing loving dear beloved people! The youngest person at the meeting was 65! There was this precious grand mom who was 85 years old taking notes as I spoke..and all I kept thinking was ..God..this is too much..this precious grand mom is taking notes while I am speaking?

I was led to talk about the Power of the GOSPEL! Yes! I went on and on and what was supposed to be a 45 minutes sermon went to become 1 hour 45 minutes! As I was winding down my words, the people were like..we want some healing! I was like..bring it to me..I started praying..I am careful with my words, as I mentioned “I”, because it was just me..the rest were watching!

That’s right, demonstrate the gospel through signs and wonders!

Well here are some of the healings that happened:

Bone Cancer healed

Pain in the back healed

Skin Cancer: Recession shown on the skin

Cataract healed and partial blindness

How awesome is that?

I needed to rush back to my room as I needed to complete my assignment. The next day we had a group presentation which was just intense! Right after the presentation I grabbed the bus to Anointed Brisbane!

What a way to end the week?

17th August - The Departure -

Well, where do I began or should I say? End? Kuwait is right in the centre of my heart..it is where I revolve in and the place I believe God will move so powerfully! 17^th July was finally here and I could not believe it myself..neither could my mom..my precious mom.

Thanks to a brother in Christ, Manoj (the benefits of working for the King!) I was able to take like 15 extra kilos on my flight. Taking 30 kilos is absolute injustice especially when you are moving to Australia.

Yea, that’s right moving, for those of you who know my story about Australia, how I believe that a revival so strong in going to happen there. For the past 8 years I have been praying for that nation and finally this year, when I was just beginning to stretch my legs and hands when it came to ministry, the Lord tells me..PACK your bags and leave! The obedience of Abraham..atleast I knew where I was going..but actually not! In the spiritual realm, I had no clue..but I knew one thing..I would have the nations for my inheritance!

At the airport, my folks, family, sis, hubby and SOG (some of the youths I have had the privilege to mentor) were there. I used the word privilege guys, it means you guys need to walk in what you are called! It was intense, yes, faisal too, my faithful buddy in all things was there, with a caramel machiatto in his hands for me..I haven’t had Starbucks coffee for the past 1.5 months since that faisal, so Good on you!

As we departed I had a letter for each of my loved ones, dad and mom, sis and her hubby and faisal. The Sog boys, prepared this HUGE card for me, with an awesome pic of me ad their love notes to me.

Bahrain

I first flew into Bahrain, where I needed to wait for 2 hours! I started fishing for my souls…I went to this guy who was serving coffee. I ordered a cup and then started sharing the gospel..I hope he took it! In Jesus name he did!

Abu Dhabi

Upon arrival at Abu Dhabi, which in my opinion is the worst airport I have ever been to in all my travelling (Sorry if you are from Abu Dhabi), I was greeted by Neil, who had flown in direct from Kuwait. We somehow got placed at the first class lounge, which in no ways I could categorise as first class, though neil and his brother had other reasons why to liked it.

Singapore

After a flight that felt like forever, we reached Singapore. I called my folks…who now went through 2 days of no Alwyn and 1.5 days of no news about me…confirming to them that I am well and good..at Singapore airport. I also got in touch with Junia Choo, a close brother and a coordinator for the ministry at Singapore. It was great talking and praying and sharing about what the Lord was doing.

I arrived Brisbane on 19^th July, 8 :30 am…As soon as I arrived the spiritual atmosphere just grabbed me..I believe I have been walking in a different realm of faith and lifestyle since being here. Being positioned at locations also has a different working of God’s anointing and power.

I keep this blog to keep those loved ones and partners, brothers, sisters and fellow ministers across the globe informed about what the Lord is doing in my life. I wish to be as honest and genuine in my thoughts and writings as much as I can on this website.
